relief society

We had a little Relief Society luncheon this past Saturday. Kudos to Dear Friend Lauren (our RS President) for all her effort and hard work. She's such a good little prez. Love her dearly.

I love Relief Society with all my heart. How else would I be able to rub shoulders, serve alongside and get to know such amazing ladies? And really, how would I survive without the Relief Society organization in general? I knew I could come to Mexico City, because the Relief Society would be here. In fact, I know I can go anywhere in the world where the Relief Society is operating and in action. It is like having your own personal and ready network on hand the minute you arrive anywhere. A family of friends waiting for you to come. This is how Heavenly Father takes care of His children.

Spiritual nugget here.

Noelle, these are really beautiful pictures. it's been fun to watch as your photography talent grows. the colors and composition are magnificent! i want to comment on your family pictures as well. i love them. i love when family pictures aren't perfect...that just means they really captured the essence of "family." i think my fav is the second to last. i just love how you all look. you, with your unusual but normal "so straight" posture (so stoic) and everyone else seemingly falling in place around you. they make me happy. i haven't seen you for so long and yet you look the same, happy and beautiful. you've gotten more beautiful with age. it's funny how that happens isn't it. i look back at pictures of all of us in college and think, "whoa...nice hair you guys." seriously, what were we all thinking. love ya noe.
ps. i would LOVE to get together. i'm not sure where Bethlehem PA is but give details and i'll see what we can make happen.

Man, I need to step it up as enrichment leader or get a bigger budget.

It was the 14th through the 20th. Sorry, I haven't checked my blog in ages. Let me know if that still works.

I couldn't agree with you more. I love Relief Society and feel sad when sisters miss out on the amazing opportunities it provides.
