Nate found this little gem of a video for us one night while we were all together before he left. Man, I miss him.
Hilarious, non?
I shouldn't be blogging, because I have a million and one things to do. Half of my to-do list centers around finishing the plan for our Primary activity for Saturday. I cannot motivate myself and it is starting to affect my self-esteem. Usually, I have everything organized by now. But really all I want to do is eat these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that I made yesterday and that are currently sitting atop my fridge. I ate plenty of them yesterday, because in my world, calories don't count on Sunday. But now it's Monday. Ay.
But I am blogging, because my family checks my blog multiple times daily, viewing my trivial posts as love notes meant just for them (and perhaps to ensure I haven't been kidnapped by drug cartels just yet). They start to take it personally if too much time lapses between posts. As if my silence is a personal affront on their validity and importance. So.
Dear Family,
I love you. Don't we miss our Nathan? I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies yesterday and burned half of them. And then I ate half of what was good. So now my pants are extra tight today and my muffin top is in excellent form. Selah.
Love,
Noe
p.s. I am craving a sweet potato today, but cannot find any here Mexico. Please have one for me with a bit of cottage cheese and cinnamon and nutmeg. Gracias.

So I'm having an unproductive day right with you. I spent the morning at the dr and the rest of the day I've been on the couch holding the baby. So here's to hoping there is always tomorrow!
I'm with you on calories don't count on Sunday. I just wish my Monday body understood.
I'm sure your primary act will be great!!
dearest melissa, a morning at the doctor with babies in tow is definitely considered productive. and exhausting and debilitating and worthy of an afternoon nap! i wish i could hold madelyn... :(
