supergirl

Before putting the kids down for bed tonight, I changed into workout clothes and shimmied into my Supergirl tank.

Pretty awesome, huh? It's pink and sparkly. Dig it.

Then I walked out and did a little cartwheel/roundhouse combo for the kids. "Wow, Mom!" said L. "You are Supergirl!"

Photobucket

Yeah, L-man. Believe it, buddy.

I wonder how much longer I can get away with stuff like this before it becomes horrifying to them.

And how weird and awkward is it that I just took a couple pictures of my unmentionables to post up here? Not to mention that this is my second post in one week involving body shots. Blogging makes you do crazy things, people. But lest you get the wrong idea when it comes to plastering my parts across the world wide web, let's revisit this post and keep it real.

BTW, all you Supergirls/Supermoms... that cartwheel was for you. Heart to heart. xoxo.

Love it! I'm jealous of your super girl shirt. You are sooo cool!!
I wonder the same thing about the silly things I do that my kids like. When is it going to be embarassing for them?
Keep up the workouts. You look great!!

That's awesome. I want one. I also want that flat stomach and super skinny thigh peeking out there. Maybe I could borrow your ambition as well.

WooHoo for Supermom Noelle! I don't think I could do a cartwheel if I tried (and I never could do a roundoff). I'd be posting body shots too if I looked anything close to you -- you go supergirl!

You can totally pull off the supergirl t-shirt, but there will come a day when your kids will hide it out of shame.
You'd be so proud of me...I went to a body pump class. The teacher sang to the sound track too...is that a requirement of the les mills program?

I did NOT inherit enough of those skinny filipina genes. You are one hot mama. You really CAN pull that off. Post those unmentionables all you can, while you can. I stopped being able to pull of clothes like that after high school. Sad.
