lame and lamer

Let me make myself clear. I LOVE all of your adorable blog backgrounds. I wish I was so chic. But I'm not, so it feels wrong and hypocritical. I'm lame. I know it.

You know what else is lame? Dropping 10 pounds of mexican pewter on your foot.

Photobucket

The gala apple is for depth perception.

Holy mother of.... ?@#$%&!!! I reigned in the expletives when the offensive incident occurred, but only because we had company over tonight. Off to ice my foot...

ouch...that musta hurt. ummm, so you don't need to apologize to people if you don't like the super fruity backgrouds that take like 10 minutes to download and look like they were created in the land of perfection...i don't. i prefer classic white, lets the pics do all the talking, that's what i think. so if you like my blog banner and weren't just being polite:) i'll talk to brent for ya. he's good but slow, he works about a trillion hours a week (at his serious job) and doesn't have time for the fun design stuff anymore:( let me know.
love ya

Mother of--what was that, noey? ;) yes, pete, that would be something to hear :)

Pewter. Mm, i love my beautiful pewter bowl. But oww. Did you bleed? Bruise? I imagine you missing one of your tiny papa-toes. Yikes.

Speaking of papa-toes, danielle! Call us from Morocco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to hear at least a voicemail, saying, "Yeah, I'm just floating off the strait of gibraltar..."

Ps. Noey--on the last comment I made, I also meant to tell you how glad I am that you write grammatically correct. I don't have any harsh judgment for blogs that aren't, but it's just easier for me to read yours bc my eyes unfortunately are drawn to spelling errors and bad grammar and punctuation. Curse of the English-major-ness... Seriously, like yesterday, I flip open a menu, and my eyes immediately find the random, one misspelled word, tucked into the corner of an unimportant item description. Ha.

pps. Except you misspelled abhor ;)

I’m with you on the blog decor. I look at everyone's with envy, and then think, I don't have time for this and move on. Because for me that kind of thing takes time and still looks ridiculous.

Noe- the blog background I used was from http://www.matiekay.blogspot.com I just uploaded it, you know i'm not artistic enough to come up with my own. I don't even think i can spell artistic right! Anyway and about the header for you blog.......still thinking about it. I was trying to think of a play on words and for some reason "Lets get it ON" came to mind. Don't know why?!!! I'll do some more thinking and get back to you....
