Did I mention he was invisible? Right. Well, we have a new one these days. Apparently L found him "under the bed."

Mom: "Whatcha got there, L?"
L: "A dog. He's so cute, but he's trying to sleep. Can you be quieter?"
Mom: "Right, sorry. [in a whisper] So what's his name?"
L: "Uh... [stupor of thought... then eureka!] Ebe! [pronounced EH-beh]"
Mom: "Ebe, huh? Nice name."
L: "Yeah, um... he's Spanish."
Of course. Fitting.

My kinda dog. Just as long as I don't have to wipe up any imaginary accidents. I just ran our of imaginary 409.
That little L has a special place in my heart. From the way he snuggled up to me on our first encounter to the picture I snapped of his innocent bird-flippin' and now this. Oh he's got me wrapped his finger. . . in spirit, at least.
P.S. I'm coming to see you. . . VIP anyone? Email to come soon.
