launch pics
We launched new music and choreography for BodyPUMP and BodyCOMBAT today at the YMCA. Great turnout and sizzling energy in the room. Love my girls. I'm the Combat coordinator for this club, and I feel like these Combat instructors are my babies. I got all choked up while I was teaching the cooldown for Combat. I kept thinking about goodbye-ish type things. So sad! And so uncool to do that during Combat... very uncool.

i was watching the slideshow while eating those peanut butter chocolate bars. great confidence-boosting moment. reminds me of last week. same thing. i was downing a fabulous ben&jerry's while watching thousands of hardcores run the boston marathon. hmm. red flags, audrey, red flags. there's a pattern here...
After seeing your pics, I'm a little scared of you. I think you could cause some serious bodily harm. No one in Mexico's going to mess with that mama!
