tech savvy

M can navigate Bruce's ipad like a pro. Watching her kind of makes me feel weird and disturbed inside. Like my kids are well on their way to social awkwardness, entitlement and childhood obesity.

It looks like it might be too late for us. Save yourselves. But really, our children are growing up in a different world, non? And technology and innovation aren't going anywhere. Our children don't know a world without it. What will we be navigating ten years from now? Amazing.

Seriously... you make me laugh. But, tell me about it. Zach LOVES watching movies etc. on my ipod touch. I understand completely. You just say it much better than I ever would!

Crazy that I came to your blog JUST after rereading the following article:

http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2010/09/27/are_we_raising_a_generation_of_nincompoops/?page=1

I'd read it before, but found Andy reading it again for school.

Our children's generation has the potential to be even greater than the past.
{Scarily, they could also turn out to be even worse, but we focus on the positive, right? : ) }

Sounds like M and Jake would get a long great. I can't believe how good he is at my itouch, any computer, and my phone. I have to watch him or my settings are never the same. I love the last pic of M. =)

It's really sad when the grandkids show me how to use the iPad and how to play online games. And hey, I'm not that un-techi...
