That morning, Tutu (Bruce's mom) went out and bought a cake right up L's animal-loving alley. Can you sense the wonder and amazement emanating from his body?

Four years old is a lovely age.
He got a batmobile with an accompanying batman on a motorcycle that shoots out. It's cool and it's complicated. Too complicated for me even. But his heart's desire is usually whatever B has, so we went with it. However, he ended up getting a whoopie cushion from Uncle Pete that pretty much stole the show. In the end, the batmobile was tossed aside for a $2 Rite-Aid special that occupied the rest of his night. Of course.
Little L, mama loves you. Happy 4th Birthday! And hey, if you're really good this year, I might even throw an actual party for your fifth one. Dreams do come true.
