Oh, by the way, about that first pic. Lest you think I am torturing my child, this was taken after L had peed all over the bottom two steps on my mom's stairs. Oooo... big trouble, buddy. BIIIIIG trouble. I'm holding him down on the potty. "Where does pee-pee go, L?" "Waaahhhh... in... *sniff*... the... *sniff, sniff*... pottyyyyyyyyy...." We've had no problems since. It must have been traumatic enough. It's tough, this potty training business. Real tough.

This must be pre-accident. Life was still good.

No such thing as too many kisses or hugs from your babies.

She's such a tan baby. How did that happen?

Nate, you look a little bored. How long did you have to hold that caterpillar?

No one curls a lip like L. I think "I'm gonna getchuuuuuuu!!!!" is what's going on here. Emphasis on the "uuuuuu". Thumb-sucking equals funky teeth and wierd lips. Pass it on.

M spent lots of time in the sunroom.

B watched and waited for Papa all afternoon as he painted the backyard stairs from the sunroom. Then he got to help! Pure joy.

Mom and M also spent lots of time together on the front lawn. Who hangs out on their front lawn? I think Mom just wanted to show her off to all the neighbors. They do look awfully cute together!

Ahhh... there's no place like home. Oh, sad. For a minute, I forgot where I was. Back to reality, viviendo en Mexico.

sounds like you are having all kinds of adventures--potty accidents to naked protesters
life is good:)
also, love the pics of you and M
What great pics! And boy, I hear you on the whole potty training thing. We are still struggling with Courtney (yes, Courtney!) and it is quite aggravating some days.
I'd love to see some pics of the area/neighborhood you're living in! What is the ward like?
I love the pictures of you and McKenna!! Gotta love potty training! I may have to come to you for advice when Jacob is up to bat. From your pics, your place looks pretty nice.
ps - It is now midnight and I'm up reading people's blogs.
the last pic of mom and m--is makenna holding a lemon? love it. just a bit of yellow...
i realize i tend to avoid belén's less colorful clothes. maybe i'm always aware of a photographic moment or at least the way your mind will remember things. i feel like our childhood was colorful... don't you? i want blueberry to have a pretty slideshow in her head too.
Never tried the "Where does the pee pee go" but it sounds like a good one. I never want to potty train again, but I think we'll be in that boat in 2 years. Keep those lungs clean!
my whole family is still laughing about that picture of you and Luke - love it!
Hey Noelle,
I just got back in town and was able to check out your blog. I can't believe you had to bribe the police!!! That is a great welcome. How's it now that you are more settled? WE miss you!
First of all Noelle, you are so beautiful! You have a very classy look.
Secondly, is Makenna walking already? It was so weird to see a picture of her standing because I'm pretty sure I never saw that when she was here.
Noelle, this is Trey Clark from back in your Signal Mtn. days. Your family looks so great and I just wanted to drop in and say hi!
Tell your family hello for me
