The trick to absorbing the best flavor in food is cutting everything "muy finito."

These potatoes went into the chicken dish (the tinga). I am not a real fan of potatoes, so I think I would replace the potatoes with corn.

Shredding chicken whilst chatting. Apparently this was serious business for Emily (in the middle).

I'm pretty sure M was a V.I.P. in the total destruction of the toy room whilst the moms were otherwise occupied.

B was busy playing soccer with his friends outside. And L? I have no idea where L was the whole time now that I think about it.

As usual, one can never go wrong when food and friends are involved. I love my fellow expatriates.

you're such a tease.
you can't post such delicious, colorful photos without recipes!!
{for andy to cook me. no, jk, i might help him.}
Are you freaking kidding me? That is all I wanted to do before I left Mexico. Unfortunately, life events happened and I didn't get time to learn. I am dead serious when I say..."Will someone PLEASE teach me how to do this???" Tinga is my favorite. I am heart broken right now that I couldn't come to this. Literally heart broken.
