In no particular order...
1. He does the laundry and ALWAYS folds it. Really, that's an understatement. He's my personal housekeeper. Some guys come home and turn on the TV to "unwind" or whatever. Not Bruce. He starts picking up and "tidying" the house as soon as he gets home. He always bathes the kids if he's home. All three of them. It's like his nightly ritual with them. He always does the dishes, plugs in my cell phone because I hate to, and organizes our home from the garage to the kids' drawers. One of our closets is filled with all the kids' clothes in big rubbermaid action packers and labeled according to size (0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, etc.). He's so efficient, and it's sooooo hot.
2. He still makes me laugh out loud with the crazy things he says. Thanks to Bruce, the words "dude", "snap", and "yo" have found their way into our kids' daily vocab.
3. When I first met him, I thought there was something wrong with his leg. Like maybe he had a perpetual limp. But I later realized it's his "strut". I can't even do it justice just talking about it. This is something you would have to see.
4. I still get tingly when he touches me. The other day I was doing the dishes at the sink, he came up behind me and grabbed my elbow as he leaned down to kiss me. I think an electric shock went through my body.
5. His favorite place to be is home with me and the kids, and I can see it everytime he looks at me to say goodbye as he leaves for the day or to fly out of town.

Now I'm in love with Bruce, just because of number 1 - I seriously stay up at night and think about what size rubbermaid containers I need for various items. And I love labels - just redid our file labels and they look BEAUTIFUL! I am burning with jealousy right now. Zach is on the complete other end of the spectrum, like not only is his closet not organized, he never manages to even put his clothes in there, currently he left his underwear in the bathroom, one sock on the KITCHEN TABLE and one on the stairs - I could go on and on. I can retrace his steps just by following the trail of mess that he leaves. I'm going to tell him about Bruce asap
Man, maybe Bruce could teach Joel the ways of organization. We are organizationally challenged over here!! That's not a good combo! Bruce is a great guy and you are a great looking couple!
Amazing, now we are all drooling over you and Bruce (especially the clean house!) Really, I can't think of many couples that are perfectly paired like you are. I've loved you since the first BP class:)
i think only you will understand this, noey, but...
if bruce and andy were married, they'd have an outrageously clean and efficient house (both being the organized, proactive housekeepers out of the four of us) to the point that they had time to play their favorite bocce ball game all around the living room every night instead of only on our vacation get-togethers...
as for their kids--the minimalist side of andy would limit the poor children to a small window of bruce's vocab: "yo, wassup, dude," and ... maybe a "due diligence" or something thrown in there, just for kicks. their boys would have this thuggish limp that contradicted with their amazing gourmet ability in the kitchen. and they'd speak crazy spanish and tell corny jokes.
mm, we ARE lucky, no...? we ended up marrying a bunch of Papa's without even realizing it.
Sounds like you guys still have that "zing!"
I too have learned a few phrases from Bruce..."I hear ya barkin' big dog" is my favorite. I still use it today.
