the leotard

It is her new favorite outfit. Usually we have to rip it off her while she's kicking and screaming. She reminds me of Mowgli from The Jungle Book... the wild child that belongs with a pack of wolves instead of other human beings.

Her hair is ridiculous. I can't tame it... or her.

I love it! She is so precious! Makena had the same wild hair. No clips or barrettes ever. She would rip them right out. And she lived in her little leotards and princess dresses too.

BTW we call Bode Mowgli. He is runs around everywhere shirtless now. When I tell him to put on a shirt he says.."Mom, you just want me to be hot?" I gave up.

I need to meet this girl. I feel like we'd be friends. Although maybe I don't have enough sass to keep up with her...

Just throw her and the leotard in the tub with a couple handfuls of tide...then let her run wild to dry.

I have no idea where she gets her free spirit from? Hmmm, I wonder...

Can I just say how much I love her!!! Think of this as progress when we were there I think I only saw her wearing clothes on Sunday to church. And the moment we walked in she stripped down while eveyone else was taking off thier shoes.
I love her face, I think you should cut her hair in one of those really cute pixie cuts so we can see that smile!!! Plus it might be eaiser to maintain, but this comes from someone with two boys so what do I know?
Oh and at the gym today I saw a girl running on the treadmill she had ran her whole pregnancy, and just had the baby 3 weeks earlier. I think she may be your exercise soulmate.

When I read the title of the post, I was thinking it was going to be you in a leotard! I was sorely disappointed.

she really was so sweet on new years day when i was so tired and she pushed the big swing and then laid down next to me. (that sounds a tiny bit creepy)
